1. Are the Plate Protectors Legal?

                a. Yes! Our Registration Plate Protectors are legal and compliant with current rules and regulations. Prior to our release on the market, we made sure to obtain a favorable opinion on our product from the Department of Transportation (DOTr) and the LandTransportation Office (LTO). 2. What advantages does the Steering Wheel Cover give?

                a. Having our silicone cover installed on your vehicle’s steering wheel will allow for more grip while driving and also protect your steering wheel from wear and tear due to regular use. This is especially useful in today’s world where alcohol use is frequent which could lead to discoloration or peeling of the stock wrapping of your steering wheel.

3. How to be an Overspec’d Authorized Dealer?

                a. We would love to have you as a part of the growing list of Overspec’d dealers! Interested parties may send a Letter of Intent addressed to Overspec’d Inc., to our email address at info@overspecd.net. Please include the following requirements:

                                i. SEC/DTI Certificate of Registration;

                                ii. BIR Certificate of Registration; and

                                iii. Current Mayor’s Business Permit.

 

4. What benefits are given to Authorized Dealers?

                a. Our Authorized Dealers enjoy preferred discounts on all our products, free shipping on stocks and display stands*, dealer support/replacement of stocks**, and priority notification on the release of our new products.

*Display stands manufactured and deployed upon dealer request.

**Replacement of stocks includes replacing slower selling items with faster selling ones.

 

5. Can you customize products?

                a. Yes, for group buys and bulk orders, we are able to afford our customers some degree of customization options. However, this will entail a different price from our SRP and will be addressed on a case to case basis.

 

6. What do you do with my personal info?

                a. We use your information registered with us to process your orders, record and track product and marketing performance, and to be able to contact you in accordance with our Data Privacy Policy.

 

7. How can I return an item or request for refund?

                a. You may submit a request for return/refund by logging in on our website and clicking on the “Request for Return/Refund” link. For your convenience, the link is also provided here.

Please note that you will have to provide your order number to process this request.

 

8. How long does shipping usually take?

                a. For orders to be delivered within Metro Manila, shipping would take at most 2-3 business days.

 

9. What if the shipping methods are unavailable for my area?

                a. If our standard shipping methods are unavailable for your delivery address, we can book delivery for you with LBC or any other courier, however, their rates for shipping will apply.

 

10. Do you have a physical store? Can I visit for installation?

                a. Yes, feel free to visit us and have your products installed by our team at our office/warehouse located at B19, L39, Immaculate Concepcion St., Brgy. San Antonio, Parañaque City. To avail of this, please select “Warehouse Pick-Up” as your preferred shipping method upon check-out.
